Your Key Responsibilities:

Be the Client Liaison: Engage with both new and existing clients, offering impeccable communication and support, setting the standard for client service excellence.

Master of Tax Management: From assembling and processing tax returns to e-filing and monitoring acceptances, you’ll navigate the intricacies of tax administration with precision and expertise.

Organizational Guru: Take charge of document management, ensuring everything is meticulously organized, scanned, and stored for easy access and retrieval.

Deadline Dynamo: Manage tax due dates and ensure timely delivery of tax deliverables, demonstrating your commitment to efficiency and reliability.

Administrative Ace: Handle a variety of administrative tasks with finesse, from managing phone calls and deliveries to maintaining mail systems and office supplies.

FedEx Maestro: Oversee FedEx administration, managing accounts, coordinating pickups, and ensuring smooth delivery processes.

Team Player Extraordinaire: Support your colleagues and other Frost locations as needed, contributing to a collaborative and cohesive work environment.

Reporting Pro: Maintain and submit internal reports on a weekly basis, showcasing your attention to detail and dedication to keeping things on track.

Champion of Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and client confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.

Efficiency Expert: Continuously optimize workflows and resources to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction, making a tangible impact on our operations.

Ambassador of Comfort: Create a welcoming office environment, ensuring spaces are organized, clutter-free, and stocked with essentials for the comfort of clients and colleagues alike.

Qualifications:

Experience: Bring at least 3 years of administrative assistant experience, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification, showcasing your foundational knowledge and commitment to learning.

Preferred Experience: While experience in Public Accounting is preferred, it’s not required. We value diverse backgrounds and are open to candidates with relevant experience in other industries.

Tech Savvy: Possess a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat, essential tools for success in this role.
