Tom Williams Residential, Inc., a leader in custom home building and remodeling, delivers quality craftsmanship and innovative designs to its clients. Alongside this successful venture, Modtec.Homes, Inc. specializes in factory-built, two-story, two-bedroom tiny homes (~800 sq ft) to redefine modern living. With a factory and land in Cleveland, Georgia, rezoned and approved for 14 homes, we are seeking a proactive, organized, and dynamic private assistant to support the founder in managing operations, projects, and administrative tasks.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our president / owner indaily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and excellentcommunication skills, ensuring that all tasks are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence (emails, calls, etc.).
Organize project timelines and track deadlines. Maintain and update project documentation, permits, and zoning paperwork.
Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and account management.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Track progress on both factory-built homes and remodeling projects. Organize factory tours, client presentations, and site visits.
Communication and Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and project updates.
Marketing Assistance:
Support in managing the company’s online presence (social media updates, newsletters, website).
Assist with branding efforts for Tom Williams Residential and Modtec.Homes projects.
General Support:
Conduct research as needed (e.g., materials, local contractors, market trends).
Handle personal assistant duties, including occasional errands.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive or private assistant, project coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks (or similar), and project management software.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with real estate, construction, or modular housing industries is a plus. Social media and marketing experience is an advantage.
Compensation
$55,000 – $65,000 based on experience
