Key Performance Area:
Administration of all maintenance

Update daily VOR report

Ordering of parts

Ensuring jobcards are uploaded on X3

Controlling of stock (parts & oil)

Submit monthly stock reports (parts & oil)

Ensuring parts ordered are delivered & signed for

Responsible for licensing of vehicles

Asset transfers, CAP and document processing

Update fleet list if and when required

Collating unit failure data

Maintain and update admin and technical files

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent

2-3 Years experience in the administration field

General transport background highly advantageous

Experience or exposure to technical aspects in the Transport Environment would be an advantage

Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

X3 experience will be an advantage

Excellent communication skills

Excellent problem solving abilities

Able to work under pressure

Deadline orientated
