Summary

Global investment management firm is seeking a Floater / Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include everything from covering for any assistant who is out of office, handling extensive phone coverage, heavy calendar management, meeting planning and coordination, travel and expenses, binding presentations, and any ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a college degree plus at least 1 year of relevant administrative support experience, with financial services experience required. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to flex to each team you support. Must be a strong team player who is a self-starter, motivated, and a great multi-tasker. Must have strong technical skills and organizational skills, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
