Bloop is a modern soda company inspired by Southeast Asian ingredients. We're on a mission to create drinks that are exciting, flavourful, and rooted in our region.
We're looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founder across sales, operations, events, and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to experience what it's like to build a consumer brand from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Partnerships
- Reach out to cafes, gyms, yoga studios, retailers, and corporate clients
- Follow up on leads and partnership opportunities
- Coordinate product sampling and product placements
- Support wholesale and B2B sales efforts
Operations
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock management
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and sample shipments
- Liaise with suppliers, production partners, and vendors
- Help ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations
Events & Activations
- Support weekend markets, roadshows, and sampling events
- Coordinate event logistics and setup
- Represent the brand at selected activations
- Gather customer feedback and insights from the ground
Marketing & Brand Support
- Capture photos and videos during events and activations
- Assist with social media and content execution
- Support brand campaigns and sampling initiatives
Founder Support
- Prepare presentations, documents, and reports
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and opportunities
- Help prioritize and execute special projects
- Solve problems as they arise
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
- Willing to work occasional weekends during events and activations
- Possess a valid driving license and access to transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields
- 0–3 years of working experience
- Experience in sales, events, customer service, retail, F&B, startups, or related industries
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools
- Interest in consumer brands, food & beverage, fitness, wellness, or entrepreneurship
