Founder’s Associate Jobs in Zürich Metropolitan Area at Loki Robotics
Title: Founder’s Associate
Company: Loki Robotics
Location: Zürich Metropolitan Area
We are hiring a Founder’s Associate
⏰ Start date: ASAP
📍Zürich, Switzerland (on-site, remote not possible)
🦾 Full-time (100%)
Your role
As the company grows, so does the number of things that need to get done well – across sales, operations, admin, marketing, and more. You will work directly with the CEO across all of them.
The scope is broad. Some weeks you'll spend most of your time on admin and operations. Other weeks you'll be on a customer site or preparing a board meeting. As the company scales, this role transitions into a full-time position in one of the core business functions.
What you’ll be doing
- Organizing information, workflows, and internal systems (CRM, ATS, etc.)
- Commercial operations: customer invoicing, contracts, and reporting
- Back-office logistics: setting up tools, coordinating vendors, office operations
- Prepare materials and reporting: financials, metrics, unit economics and liquidity planning
- Understanding customer operations and qualifying their facilities, hands-on customer onboarding and deployment support, and feeding that context back in how we scope deployments
- Building Loki’s operational backbone through procurement, vendor negotiations, tooling, office setup. Designing the workflows we'll run on as we scale
- Helping with investor reporting and board prep
- Handle commercial operations, such as customer invoicing, contracts and reporting
You
You have zero tolerance for BS and an unreasonable sense of agency and ownership. Hand you a vague problem and you'll return a solved one – without asking for permission. In a small team like ours, you'll be directly shaping how the company operates. If you've built something hands-on from nothing before – be it a project, an event, or a startup – and loved it, this is your role.
What you should have
- 1-4 years of experience in a high-output environment
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and German
- Proof that you've built something from scratch – a side project, a community, an event, a company. Anything you're proud of
- Comfort with ambiguity – your priorities will shift weekly, and that should excite you
- Good judgment about when to act independently and when to escalate
- Interest in both the commercial side (sales, marketing) and the operational side of a scaling robotics company
- Authorization to be gainfully employed in Switzerland
- Nice-to-have: technical or business degree, prior startup experience, or an early career in sales/marketing/ops.
