This role involves preparing and maintaining Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), managing state registrations and renewals, and assisting with franchise agreements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in franchise law with 3–7+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. BCLP offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 – $140,000 for this full-time position.
