Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our HR team and staff in our Kennesaw branch. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, some level of an HR or Employee Support background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

HR Support:

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Assist with Benefits Administration
Assist with Payroll Processing
Address employee concerns and questions related to HR policies
Manage and maintain records, files, and databases.
Additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the company and HR Team

General Administration:

Manage office supplies and equipment
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails and mail and correspondence
Provide administrative support to branch management
Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth functioning of the branch office
Provide excellent customer service and support

Required Experience:

Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices.
Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems is required.
Strong attention to detail with proven proofreading skills is necessary for maintaining high-quality documentation.
Experience in Human Resources, office support or administrative support role
Able to maintain extreme confidentiality of employee information
Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint

“Preferred” Experience:

Being bilingual in Spanish and English, is advantageous in this role.
Experience in any of the following software: Paylocity and/or Service Titan
Experience writing job descriptions
Experience processing payroll
Experience in recruitment/Onboarding
Experience working in Microsoft SharePoint
Experience with Workers Compensation or OSHA

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
