Front Desk Administrative Assistant Jobs in Arlington, VA at Abacus Service Corporation
This is a dual-role position for someone who can operate from the office handling incoming calls, customer service, and job scheduling — but also has the flexibility and professionalism to visit homes or businesses to provide on-site window tinting estimates as needed.
COMPENSATION:
$1000 weekly: Monday- Saturday 8am-6pm
5% commission on window tinting sales
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and follow up with leads
Schedule tinting jobs and manage Jobber or CRM software
Coordinate with installers and field technicians
Travel to nearby locations to measure windows and provide quotes
Educate clients on film types and pricing
Ensure excellent customer experience from first contact to job close
Qualifications:
Excellent phone and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of window tinting/window cleaning or willingness to learn
Comfortable using scheduling software (e.g., Jobber)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits

Pay: $1,000.00 – $1,250.00 per week
