Duties
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
Assist with data entry, reporting, and other clerical tasks
Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning as needed
Support various departments with administrative tasks
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Previous experience in administration, office support, or a related role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour
