Front Desk Administrative Assistant
Onsite | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a polished and reliable Front Desk Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, people-facing environment while also supporting administrative and HR-related functions behind the scenes.
You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception
+ Greet and assist all visitors, employees, and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and direct them appropriately
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
+ Monitor and distribute incoming mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence
+ Ensure timely delivery of messages and escalate urgent matters when needed
Administrative & HR Support
+ Provide general administrative support to HR and leadership teams
+ Prepare employment verifications and assist with employee documentation
+ Support onboarding/offboarding processes (separation paperwork, LOA, etc.)
+ Assist with basic reporting and data entry tasks
+ Help coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement programs (Town Halls, recognition events, etc.)
+ Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
Qualifications
+ 1-2+ years of administrative or front desk experience (preferred)
+ Open to recent graduates with strong professionalism and communication skills
+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
+ Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
Preferred
+ Experience supporting HR functions or an HR-related degree
+ Prior front desk or reception experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $23.00/hr.
