Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Potential for Full-Time)

Location: On-site only (No hybrid/remote options)
Schedule: Flexible, with mandatory hours on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Start Date: Mid to late April 2025
Hourly Rate: Starting at $25/hour

About the Position:

Seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support office operations. This role is part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Process payroll, track timesheets, generate payroll summary reports, manage employee liabilities, and track sick time and overtime within QuickBooks (no third-party payroll service).
Administrative Support: Coordinate inspections and permits.
Bookkeeping & Accounting: Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), maintain financial records, and assist with tax preparation.
Property Maintenance Tracking: Monitor and document maintenance schedules for company-owned properties.
Assist the Office Administrator with administrative tasks, data entry, and general office duties. Handle miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

Education: High School Diploma required; additional education is a plus.
Experience: 1+ year of office or construction-related experience preferred.
Proficiency in QuickBooks & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience in the construction industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
