Gee Automotive Companies, one of Oregon’s top 100 companies to work for, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Shared Services team at our Centralized Administrative Offices. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our corporate calendar, consolidating and distributing internal performance reports, facilitating customer satisfaction initiatives, and administering contracts.

Job Summary

As our ideal candidate, you will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent written and oral communication skills. You will have experience working in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities

Maintain the corporate calendar, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
Consolidate and distribute internal performance reports, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions
Facilitate customer satisfaction initiatives, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to the Shared Services team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Executive Assistant Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Valid driver’s license

Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass criminal background and drug screening.
