Front Desk Agent Jobs in San Jose, CA at Aloft San Jose Cupertino

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to Masters, staff, and students.
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist with student enrollment, registration, and scheduling.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Coordinate events, workshops, and tournaments.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Support marketing efforts, including social media management and promotional activities.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming environment for students and families.
Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and ordering supplies.
Hours are generally 3:00p – 9:30p (weekdays) and 9:00a – 1:30p (Saturdays), closed Sundays

Experience:

Individuals with martial arts experience are strongly encouraged to apply!
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.) is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7.25 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
