Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly as they arrive and assist them with check-in procedures.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the dental team.
Handle incoming calls, providing information and addressing patient inquiries effectively.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain updated patient records.
Assist with customer support by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.
Requirements
Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software such as Google Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
