Patient Care Coordinator/ Receptionist

The Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist position requires an individual who can demonstrate amazing multitask abilities during a variety of day-to-day, face-to-face patient and professional encounters. The right candidate for this position is a fun, very outgoing, positive person who loves games and rewards for reaching goals. The perfect candidate loves to socialize (i.e. is extroverted) and is passionate about helping people live more active and happier lives.
Job description includes but not limited to:
Greeting Incoming patients and professionals.
Answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate personnel.
Filing and scanning paperwork.
Scheduling appointments.
Receiving and distributing mail, faxes, and deliveries.
Administering necessary paperwork for patients.
Checking patients in and out and sending them email reminders for their appointments.

Days: Monday-Thursday 9 am-5:30 pm, and Saturday 9 am-2 pm.
Expected hours: 36.50 per week
