-Inside sales calls
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
– Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Manage office supplies and inventory
– Assist with various office management duties

– Proficient in computerized systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially for sales orders
– Ability to effectively manage calendars and schedule appointments
– Experience in project coordination is desirable
– Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
– Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
