As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel and the first point of contact for our guests. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our guests have a memorable stay.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly welcome
Check-in and check-out guests, process payments, and manage room assignments
Answer phones, handle guest inquiries, and resolve complaints with a positive attitude
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions with enthusiasm
Manage reservations and monitor room availability to maximize occupancy
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and transactions
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a fun and upbeat attitude
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and hotel management software
Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
