Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about hotel services and amenities.

Handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.

Manage phone systems to respond to inquiries and reservations promptly.

Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records of guest information and transactions.

Proofread documents and communications for clarity and correctness before distribution.

Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents.

Provide clerical support as needed, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.

Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with guests and colleagues.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient in office management practices, including data entry and clerical duties.

Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette.

Attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
