Full Job Description
Quality Inn and Suitesis looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team atAnaheim, CA.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in guests
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Checking guests in and out to the facility
Taking reservations for the day’s schedule of tours, events, activities, etc.
Answering phones to respond to inquiries regarding reservations and guest services.
Answering inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
Communicating with other departments to ensure proper reception of guests.
Maintaining a clean and orderly reception area.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
