Position: Front Desk Agent/Assistant Innkeeper
Location: Newport, RI
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Provide information about the inn, local attractions, and dining options
Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and professionally
Assist with breakfast service and ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their stay
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
