Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mail Clerk/Customer Service Associate to join our team. No experience required. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with shipping and mailbox services.
Prepare outgoing mail by weighing, labeling, and affixing postage as needed.
Greet every customer with a smile and helpful attitude.
Scan documents.
Collect fingerprints.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Handle customer service inquiries in a professional and polite manner.
Notarize documents for customers.
Take passport photos.
Vacuum and clean, as needed.

Must work Saturdays.
Strong typing skills and proficiency in using office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office setting.
Workdays are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Payment starts at $16.00/h. If you’re willing to get a notary license, it increases to $17.00/h.
