Administrative Assistant
We’re a Construction Company looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In addition to assisting various departments with administrative tasks, you will be responsible for the front desk and acting as assistant to the President when needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
Reception duties, including, but not limited to, answering phones and routing accordingly, greeting guests, maintaining order of the kitchen and conference areas.
Assisting job applicants with applications process and also aiding in completing new-hire paperwork.
Various administrative duties. including, but not limited to filing, data entry, opening, distributing and sending mail, ordering supplies, maintenance of office equipment
Event coordination
Required skills/experience:
Associates Degree or two years of experience in the construction industry preferred
Strong MS Office experience with a focus on Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
