The front desk staff at Club 24 Concept Gyms is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive environment for members and guests. They are the first point of contact for members and visitors, and they play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The front desk staff will handle inquiries, perform administrative tasks, and assist with member services to enhance the overall experience at Club 24 Concept Gyms.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and guests at Club 24 Concept Gyms with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Manage the front desk area at Club 24 Concept Gyms, including maintaining cleanliness and organization, managing phone calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Assist with member check-ins, registrations, and class bookings using the club’s management software.
Process membership payments, and maintain accurate records at Club 24 Concept Gyms.
Provide assistance and guidance to members on club policies, programs, and amenities.
Maintain knowledge of Club 24 Concept Gyms promotions, events, and schedules to effectively communicate with members and guests.
Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including promoting club amenities, services, and membership upgrades.
Ensure safety and security protocols are followed at Club 24 Concept Gyms, including monitoring access to the club and enforcing club rules and policies.
Handle member and guest inquiries regarding club facilities, services, and programs.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management at Club 24 Concept Gyms.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a front desk or hospitality role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve member complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer software for data entry, scheduling, and member management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of health club operations and fitness industry trends is a plus.
CPR/AED certification is desirable but not required.
