Job Description
Assist Landscape Maintenance Division / Accounts
Point of contact
Answer incoming phone calls
Assist clients as needed by answering questions or relaying information to the appropriate sales person
Assist personnel as needed: President, General Manager, Controller, Office Manager
Daily schedules – Prepare schedules for upcoming and/or ongoing projects
Notify clients of upcoming work to be performed on property and all plant health care visits via phone calls & e-mail
Make all appointments
Complete all necessary paperwork
Tool allowance – Maintain tool allowance database weekly for each employee
Organize credit card receipts
Organize all necessary paperwork
Proposals – to assist office manager during peak season
Transcribe proposals from sales people from voice recordings
Prepare proposals for delivery – mail or e-mail
Turn proposals into work orders
Invoicing/Mail all invoices to clients
Scan supporting materials to x-drive for digital copy – File hard copy
Position Requirements – Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and organizer who is results-driven, assertive, efficient, and a team player with:
A high school diploma or GED
1–2 years of office experience preferred
A valid driver’s license
Working knowledge of Microsoft office and database experience is a plus
Strong oral and written communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.51 – $23.00 per hour

Accounts receivable: 3 years (Preferred)
Landscape Office Admin: 3 years (Preferred)
