Job Summary
We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Working closely with our Design and Project Management teams, you’ll manage key vendor relationships, provide administrative support across a variety of areas, and ensure the smooth functioning of the physical office.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for our clients…from scheduling initial consultation appointments to relaying order status, or shipping details, truly main point of contact and communication skill is a true must have.
Act as a liaison between Sales/Design, Project Management and Accounting departments with day to day tasks.
Review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong administrative skills with a focus on organizational efficiency.
Proficient in file management and document organization.
Ability to manage schedules effectively and prioritize tasks.
Experience in vendor management and procurement processes is a plus.
Team management capabilities to foster collaboration within the office environment.
Experience with Microsoft Suite tools is must.
