As a Data Entry Clerk, you are responsible to make sure files are up to date and correctly in our system. We are looking for a team player and someone who is organized and has excellent attention to detail. Within our team, we maintain a commitment to our work’s importance while fostering a lively and enjoyable atmosphere in our office.
Data Entry Clerk Core Qualifications:
1 year of experience in an office environment
Previous experience in home care not required
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) preferred
Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Word/Excel
Remain professional and composed under pressure
Expert time management & multi-tasking skills
Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM
Data Entry Clerk Core Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain accurate data into computer systems or databases.
Organize and format data according to predefined guidelines or standards.
Maintain records of activities, transactions, or other pertinent information.
Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
