About Us:
Graphix Lab is a high-end vehicle restyling and branding shop serving the Bay Area. We specialize in vinyl wraps, window tinting, PPF, ceramic coatings, commercial signage, and fleet branding. Our shop is fast-paced, creative, and growing — and we’re looking for someone reliable to grow with us.
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Front Desk Representative who will be the face of our shop — handling walk-in customers, emails, estimates, and general office duties. This is not a short-term job — it takes several months of training to fully understand our workflow, so we’re looking for someone who’s ready to commit and grow long-term.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Respond to emails, phone calls, and DMs professionally
Prepare and send quotes/estimates
Organize project details and communicate with the production team
Support day-to-day front desk and light administrative work
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with sales and following up with leads
Detail-oriented and able to learn technical service info
Basic computer/email/typing skills
Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented
NOT currently enrolled in school or seeking short-term work
Preferred:
Experience in automotive, design, or service-based businesses
Previous work in customer-facing/front desk positions
Familiarity with car culture or creative industries is a plus
