Our client is a leading company providing comprehensive property management solutions to clients in Ghana.
Scope
The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organized office environment, responding to and documenting all correspondence, assisting other departments with administrative tasks, and managing all customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to all emails, phone calls, and mail distribution in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure all correspondence is properly documented and filed.
Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, office supply inventory.
Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s operations, including its products/services, policies, and procedures.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Maintain confidentiality and security of proprietary company information, correspondence, reports and files.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform additional tasks/duties as assigned.
Collaborate with all staff towards the advancement of the Company.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk executive or receptionist role or its equivalent.
Experience in office management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must have a professional outlook and demeanor.
Knowledge of office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and photocopiers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
