Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and presentable Front Office Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be the face of the organization, responsible for handling front desk activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

The candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to support the HR team whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Welcome and assist visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments

Office Coordination

  • Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for office-related activities
  • Coordinate with Operations and IT teams for smooth office functioning
  • Maintain communication across internal teams

Office Administration

  • Maintain reception and common areas in a professional manner
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Support general administrative activities

HR Support

  • Assist the HR team with interview scheduling and onboarding coordination
  • Help maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support engagement or administrative activities during downtime

Meeting & Visitor Management

  • Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms
  • Assist during client visits and internal meetings
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges

Database & Record Management

  • Maintain and update records of employees, vendors, and visitors
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to multitask
