Role Overview:

The Front Desk Experience Coordinator position requires polished and professional beauty-loving individuals who have a love for sales, beauty, and customer service. The Front Desk Experience Coordinator is responsible for communicating directly with clients, selling retail products and managing the daily happenings at the location and deliver a successful experience for the client, anticipating their needs from the moment they book the appointment to post-treatment follow up.

This position will float between our Santa Monica, W Hollywood, and Los Angeles locations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients offering exceptional customer service and a willingness to help

Create a positive environment that keeps clients coming back for more

Deliver product knowledge

Retain and develop client relationships

Assist in maintaining sales goals

Set up client appointments and continually follow up

Assist colleagues and be a strong team player

Ensure sales floor is maintained on a constant basis

Understand all company systems and policies

Be enthusiastic and be willing to provide solutions to client requests

Provide feedback on product selling and best sellers

Assist with in-store events and promotions

Act as an in-house point of contact for marketing opportunities and brand influencers

Requirements:

Warm friendly welcoming demeanor

Exceptional customer service experience

Cheerful upbeat and can-do attitude

Retail experience

Proven selling and consultative skills

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Detail-oriented

Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and colleagues

Comfortable discussing pricing program with clients

Proficiency with IT systems, Word, Excel and other software skills

Start-up minded, readiness to help with all aspects of launch

MUST be available to work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings and weekends

Experience in Medical Aesthetics

Compensation: $19-$21 per hour DOE
