Listing Coordinator & Front Desk
:
The Front Desk & Listing Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a professional reception area. This role also performs general office tasks, such as handling mail and scheduling appointments, to support the efficient operation of the office.
Additionally, this role is responsible for managing agent information changes, listing input, MLS corrections, overseeing office supplies, and coordinating various orders such as signage, business cards, and nameplates. This role provides administrative support for real estate listings, including coordinating sign placements and managing documents in multiple programs like MLS, Skyslope, and DASH.

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
What will I do?
Manage office opening/closing, supply orders, mail, and front desk operations
Input and maintain property listings across multiple MLS systems
Support agents with marketing tools, materials, and listing presentations
Coordinate signage, business cards, and agent onboarding/offboarding
Maintain and audit listing compliance in systems like Skyslope and Profit Power
Provide general tech/admin support, including calendar and floor duty management
Facilitate communications, reporting, and meeting prep for leadership
Keep common areas clean, stocked, and welcoming
Position requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate or property management setting, is required.
