There is never a dull day, and this is not the job for someone who lacks both creative or organizational skills. There will be in person demands around the Tampa Bay Area, as well as plenty of opportunity to work from home or in an office setting.

The businesses you will assist with include a multi million dollar moving and storage company called 2 College Brothers, 2CB’s franchising entity, (http://www.2collegebrothers.com) the premier moving industry event planning and management company called Moving Titan Retreats (https://www.movingtitanretreat.com) an online training course for moving and storage companies called Titan Up Training (https://titanuptraining.com), a boat rental company called Langston Luxury Transport, a recreational adult Wiffleball league called Suncoast Wiffle (https://www.suncoastwiffle.com), the longest actively running moving industry podcast called Grow Your Moving Company, and helping launch a book called Hometown Titan (www.hometowntitanbook.com), as well as procuring and growing the personal brand of the person behind these companies, me, Wade Swikle! This role includes:

Following me around to important meetings, presentations, and phone or Zoom calls to film content and take notes
Content creation and social media management. Film, take pictures, edit, make reels, make social media posts, and help to develop overall strategy for personal brand development.
Managing my calendar by scheduling, cancelling, confirming, changing and reminding me of upcoming obligations, podcasts, events, meetings, appointments, calls, etc.
Coordinating with various vendors and running errands for both business and personal needs
Making phone calls to accomplish certain administrative tasks like helping to pay pay bills or wait on hold for necessary tasks.
Book flights, travel arrangements and other services as needed.
Help to process and reply to emails and correctly categorize or organize them
Assist with personal duties or coordinate vendors for things like errands, dog walking, dry cleaning, laundry service, grocery shopping, meal prep, etc
Research and perform outreach or meeting coordination for business development opportunities
Help to define standard operating procedures for this role
Fielding leads and assigning to appropriate person
Prepare documents for Docusign and help keep documents, invoices, paperwork and other items properly organized
Communication and liason to act as a point of contact for clients, leads, podcast guests, employees, partners, referral partners, and other professional relationships.

Part of these duties will require in person work while part of it will be able to be performed remotely.

Candidate must have:

A car or reliable transportation to be able to attend or perform in person tasks around Tampa and St. Petersburg.
A quality cell phone camera or actual camera to film and create content
A laptop and reliable internet connection
Knowledge of social media best practices
Strong organizational skills
A friendly and professional demeanor for customer and employee facing tasks.
A creative and open mind.
Open availability. This is full time, and may occasionally require after hours or weekend duties, however most work will be performed during the week.
Be relatively tech saavy with knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendars, Acuity Scheduling, Canva, Asana, Upwork, etc.
Be self motivated without the need to be micromanaged
Excellent communication skills.

This is a full time, 1099 role.
