RESPONSIBILITIES
Helpful and friendly greeting patients, utilizing careful listening skills.
Provides the highest quality customer service, meeting customer needs, with utmost kindness, care, compassion, courtesy, empathy, and friendliness.
Uses friendly voice, speaks clearly and is empathetic to patients’ needs
Strives for maximum patient satisfaction.
Uses superior communication skills to engage the patient and peers during coordination.
Greets patients and visitors as they arrive and leave.
Provide forms to new patients to fill out.
Inputs demographics.
Collects insurance information and cards.
Scans information into EMD’s.
Assists patients with all questions.
Collects co-pays, balances, and deductibles.
REQUIREMENTS
Friendly and outgoing demeaner.
Comfortable nature on the phone and in personal communication.
Desire to bring affordable healthcare to everyone.

Starts at $13.50 per hour
