Overview:
Element is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist.
This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business. The primary function of the Administrator/Receptionist is performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. The duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail, and greeting/logging visitors when they arrive. This role will also support the Accounts Receivable cash applications team and assist with customer invoice payments.
Responsibilities:
Administrative
Duties
Monitor front desk and direct calls and visitors as appropriate
Generate access badges for new hire and guests
Manage and distribute incoming mail
Assist in planning company events, meetings, and luncheons
Manage GBS communications to on-site associates
Procurement and PO creation for the facility
Manage all subcontract services (PO creation, auditing invoice to PO, logging all deliverables)
Manage various kitchen and on-site support responsibilities
Assisting Accounting Operations Teams as needed
Accounts Receivable Administrator
Duties
Prepare daily remote deposit
Organize invoices for submission to customer portals
Manage various email in-boxes
Achieve KPI metrics
Other responsibilities as necessary
Skills /
Qualifications:
High school diploma required, prior administration or clerical experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to
remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities
Well-developed oral and written
communication skills
to meet a variety of
communication
needs. Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward
communication
built on mutual
respect
Ability to
interface with clients, corporate accounting department
Detail orientated
Bookkeeping experience
Ability to
