Full Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced receptionist / customer service rep for a construction company.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events with clients
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, and record keeping
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
– Handle customer incoming calls, understand their needs and move forward based on customer needs.
Skills:
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency with Google products suite is preferred (Google Sheets, Calendar, etc)
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Experience in office management or administrative role preferred
– Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
– Ability to plan and execute events with attention to detail
– Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
– Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
Spanish speaker a plus, Must speak English fluently.
