The Dahill Group is pleased to be working with one of our long-established clients in need of an exceptional part-time Administrative & Personal Assistant. Our client is looking for an ambitious, passionate, and self-starting professional to join their dynamic team. This position will be responsible for supporting the CEO/Co-Founder of the organization. This person will support the CEO directly and overall goal—to become an extension of the CEO with the experience, confidence, and understanding of how to serve as an empowering, encouraging, motivated, and positive professional. In addition to general executive administrative duties, you will assist with daily leadership responsibilities, client & vendor relations, operational support, and proposal development as well.

Flexible hybrid work schedule that will include ability to work remote AND will require to also need to be the office in-office as needed (office location Centennial)

Target Salary (part time annual salary) $45,000

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous administrative or operational experience
Excellent email/communication management
Experience with EOS a plus, www.eosworldwide.com
Understanding or a quick learner with Ninety.io & Traction Tools (online platforms built for EOS)
E-commerce knowledge a plus
Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
Outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop trusted and productive relationships with staff and vendors, as well as strong relationships with clients.
Must possess advanced computer skills with respect to Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point), Dropbox, Salesforce (CRM), and internet research skills and be at an advanced level of competency.
Experience with Mac products a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills/event planning is a plus.
Knowledge of social media, content development and channel management: Linked-In, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter Strong project management skill.

o Scheduling cleaning services
o Scheduling car maintenance

Sales Support Responsibilities:

Running knowledge of Sales Force CRM or quick learner
Add all contact info (upload LI photo to SF), link emails to accounts/opportunities, write post-event thank you notes on behalf of exec and team, book travel,
Follow up on leads, proposal development, act as a liaison between proposal development/operations team and CEO to review proposals/contracts communicate with client during proposal process.
Purchasing/shipping and receiving responsibilities
Light bookkeeping skills: creating PO’s, track billing/payments.
Ability and desire to build strong, positive relationships with CEO’s clients-knowing/remembering facts- birthdays, promotions, babies, marriage, losses, in town visits, worldly relevant company info that would help in sales process, biz development.
Extremely professional acumen and unshakable poise when dealing with top executives in the financial and insurance industries, world renowned vendors, suppliers, hoteliers, colleagues and must possess the skill, respect and understanding of always treating everyone like a VIP (from the UPS delivery person, vendor partner, suppliers to Presidents of Fortune 500 companies).
Punctually organized with all communication via clients/vendors/suppliers/internal staff on a very predictable, timely, consistent basis

Travel/Sales meetings/Hosted Buyer & Client Event Support Responsibilities:

Book all travel & transportation with events.
Research property/location, identify hosts: Hotel CSM, DOS, DMC, list of attendees, etc
Organize all past/present history working any above mentioned to prepare CEO ahead of time. Confirm we are connected on LI and added/noted in SF.
Organize and maintain merchandising materials for events.
Prepare all above in an easy-to-read function sheet/outline including all hotel/airline/transportation confirmations, transfers with daily schedule, hour by hour details (if needed), and with events, work with the General Manager) to add these details to the function sheet.
Other responsibilities as needed.
