Front Desk Receptionist Jobs in Milford, CT at Total Mortgage Services LLC
Responsibilities:
Entering orders and other information into a database in a timely and accurate manner.
Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
Update customer information in a database.
Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
Search for and investigate information contained in files.
Input text-based and numerical information from source documents into various systems.
Double-check to ensure data is entered correctly.
Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
Filing documents and other paperwork.
Provide occasional administrative support.
Review data for deficiencies or errors.
Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
Provide data entry support across departments.
Qualifications:
High School diploma, or general education degree (GED) or other certification/degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software especially Excel and Outlook
Previous work experience as in an administrative, data entry, or accounting role.
Proficient with 10 key, 4 function math (+, -, *, /) and fractions (32nds to decimal).
Knowledge of geometry a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Previous experience with FeneVision and Sage a plus.
Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting for long periods of time in a cubicle with office noise.
Offices and building are none smoking.
Might lift, bend, twist and reach on occasion.
