Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and accounting support to our accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of various tasks. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, technical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

– Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping, Reconciliation and QuickBooks Experience.-

– Excel minimum of 5 years experience.

– Experience with Microsoft Office

– Provide administrative support.

– Assistant to the office manager or executive, handling various tasks as assigned.

– Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner

– Experience with the use of computers troubleshoot if necessary.

-File and maintain records, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality

– Provide customer support by addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department

– Assist with general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping, reconciliation and QuickBooks Experience.

– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excel min. 5 years.

– Experience with accounting to assist office management.

– Previous experience working in an administrative role is a must

– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments

– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

– Experience in commercial real estate management a plus.
