We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Creative Director and Head of Attorney Marketing in maintaining an organized workflow and ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets across the company.

This is a part-time role (~15 hours per week) with the potential to expand as our creative needs evolve.

This role will play a critical part in keeping our creative operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and communicative professional with a strong background in project management and administrative support—specifically in creative industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Creative Director in managing organizational structure, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
Oversee timely asset delivery, tracking deadlines and dependencies across teams.
Serve as the central point of contact to coordinate across multiple teams.
Maintain project workflows in Asana and help improve internal processes.
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and communications.
Gather, organize, and review team deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
Monitor and report project status updates in a way that allows leadership to make informed decisions quickly.
Help systematize recurring tasks and optimize workflow structures for creative projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role in a creative or media-driven organization.
High proficiency in Asana (a requirement for this role).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
Experience in a fast-paced creative agency, production house, or marketing team is highly desirable.
Familiarity with creative processes, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration in a production or post-production environment.
General knowledge of video shoots, production environments, or a willingness to learn and be present on set.
PMP or CAPM certification is NOT required.

This role will evolve over time alongside our creative team’s needs, and we are looking for someone who is open to growing with the company.
