Preschool is opening its doors for the first time in early 2025, offering Finland-inspired early education services to 1-5-year-old children. Preschool is owned by a forward-thinking family from Saudi Arabia who have greatly contributed to the educational landscape of Al Khobar.

Family played a pivotal role in founding the first school in Al Khobar during the 1950s, occurring well before the establishment of the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia. Family has collaborated with the International Schools Group (ISG) since 2009 to develop ISG Dammam, an American K-12 school in Saudi Arabia. Now the family is expanding to early education with a mission to bring fresh and future-driven early education to the children in Al Khobar.

 

Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.

Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

Reports to: Principle.

 

Position Overview:

The Receptionist Administrative Assistant supports the office’s daily operations by performing various administrative and clerical tasks.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational skills who excel in a dynamic work environment and can manage multiple responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Maintain an organized office environment.

Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, as well as phone inquiries; effectively communicate information to appropriate parents.

Scheduling: Manage calendars and schedule appointments.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain various documents.

Support: Provide administrative support to team members and management as required.

The receptionist welcomes visitors, clients, and parents.

Phone Operations: The receptionist receives, directs, and transfers calls from various sources, including internal and external callers.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping: The receptionist uses the database to maintain accurate records of appointments, meetings, and other activities.

General Office Administration: The receptionist performs various tasks, such as answering emails, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies. They ensure that the front office is properly maintained and organized.

Communication and Customer Service: Receptionists must maintain a professional appearance and provide high-quality customer service, addressing queries, concerns, and complaints.

 

Job Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Fresh graduate or Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Administration or Front Desk Receptionist.

Fluent in English.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
