Front Desk Receptionist / Clerical Jobs in Las Vegas, NV at Summerlin Pelvic and Physical Thera
We are seeking a Data Specialist to join the Orvis Team! This is a remote role.
As a Data Specialist you will support the Orvis Apparel (Men’s and Women’s) Merchandising teams in the development and delivery of business intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for creating efficient standardized reporting templates, and ensuring accuracy in data across all channels (catalog, digital, retail). The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, and be partnership driven.

Position Interfaces:
This position reports to our Senior Merchant – Women’s Bottoms & Outerwear. This role will partner very closely with members across total Orvis Apparel Merchandising (Men’s and Women’s), as they will be developing data templates and tools to support both teams.
Responsibilities:
Exemplify a culture of partnership, communication, and collaboration with our cross functional teams.
Develop and populate robust reporting templates for regular reporting intervals (weekly reporting, post-season hindsight, pre-season assortment planning, etc.)
Support Merchants in pulling ad hoc reports, as needed
Support Merchant change management processing & publication to Planning team, as needed
Adhere to seasonal product creation and commercialization calendar dates and deliverables
Demonstrate nimbleness in role with the ever-evolving retail industry
Competencies and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related business field, or equivalent professional experience
Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-up
Ability to anticipate and meet deadlines and work on multiple projects
Proven experience building partnerships and cooperation across multiple departments
Effective communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Comfort working in multiple data entry systems. Familiarity with Smartsheet and/or Adobe Analytics a plus.
