Key Responsibilities:

Organize scheduling and coordination of events, open houses, and appointments reliably, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Generate reports and draft correspondence that reflect attention to grammatical precision and presentational aesthetics.
Support real estate agents with marketing activities by meticulously preparing brochures and materials that align with brand standards.
Provide clients with comprehensive, accurate property and market information, drawing on analytical aptitude to enhance their understanding and confidence.
Develop and maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, that are intuitive and accessible for the team.
Collaborate harmoniously with team members, contributing to a stable and supportive office environment.
