We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist & Office Assistant to join our EXL team in Sofia! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a well-maintained office space, providing administrative support, and creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
Support the daily office operations by working closely with departments such as IT, HR, Procurement, and Capability Development.
Assist the Facility Manager and cover their responsibilities in their absence.
Coordinate business guests’ welcoming, accommodation, and transportation.
Assist in organizing company trainings, events, and meetings.
Provide basic technical support related to office furniture, lighting, and equipment.
Manage office supplies, maintain records, and liaise with courier services for shipments.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and security regulations.
Requirements:
Educational requirements: Completed education degree.
Professional experience: Experience in a similar area not mandatory. Experience in an office, corporate or hospitality settings may be considered as advantage.
Language skills:Fluent English (verbal and written proficiency at least at B2 level)
Computer skills: Good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Other skills: Very good organizational skills, accuracy, strong communication skills, and an understanding of technical issues.
Personal characteristics: Communicative, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a team.

Additional information:
This position requires 100% work from office.
Office location:Business Park Sofia
Standard working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 h. – 18:00 h.
Start date: June/July 2025.
