The Administrative Director Administrative Services INTEGRIS Cardiovascular Physicians LLC (ICP) provides leadership, direction, strategic planning, management and administration of all aspects of the Administrative Services functions for INTEGRIS Cardiovascular Physicians LLC (ICP). The Administrative Director responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assures effective functioning and maximized financial and resource performance of administrative services including accounting, financial reporting, revenue cycle management, MSO, Human Resource issues, physician credentialing.
Supports EMR and Quality functions of ICP to include acting as the OneCare Operational Readiness Owner ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of the INTEGRIS OneCare system throughout ICP.
Supervises the clinic management staff of non-cardiology specialties of ICP.
Responsible for all clinic front desk operations (registration and authorizations) and select back office (coding and compliance).
Manages the ICP physician comp model including management of productivity measures and benchmarks.
Responsible for management and processing of all ICP contracting.
Establishes departmental goals and objectives to include planning and developing programs, policies, and procedures related to areas of responsibility based on analysis of organizational needs, workload, staffing levels, economic, and legislative influences to provide effective administrative services for ICP.
Assess, coordinates and implements initiatives to maintain and increase financial success.
Develops business plans to drive replacement and new business, strategic plans, feasibility assessments, and employee retention strategies.
Performs negotiations, problem solves, strategic planning, capital and annual budgeting, and financial performance review.
Ensures all regulatory requirements are met and develops and enforces policies and procedures including JCAHO compliance.
Oversees insurance credentialing for ICP physicians.
Reports to President/CEO INTEGRIS Cardiovascular Physicians LLC.

Exposed to frequent and constant interruptions in daily functions/schedule.
Must be available to customers and staff throughout the day.
Must meet strict deadlines.
Exposed to weather conditions when traveling.
Required to work extended hours to meet deadlines and to participate in various assigned committees.

Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, public administration, or a closely related field.
7 years work experience in a financial and administrative field
MBA or CPA preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
