Pediatric Smiles and Braces is looking for an Experienced Front Desk Representative to add to our busy and growing
dental practice! If you’re looking for an opportunity to be a part of a great team while providing

About this position:
Monday-Friday with possible weekend availability
Scheduling and managing patient schedules
Managing doctors schedules
Daily reporting and documentation
Maintaining files for general anaesthesia and surgical cases
General supports of orthodontics
Salary-$16-$18/hour DOE

A preferred candidate will have:
Experience in a dental office
Experience with HIPAA compliance and training
Experience managing and leading a team
Experience in a multi-specialty clinic
Experience in billing and insurance verification
