We are looking for a front desk specialist to join our team!

Familiar with dental insurance and submitting claims

Great communication and growth mindset
1+ year of experience in a dental setting
1+ years of experience with dental insurance, billing
The Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients as they enter the office to create a great first impression of
our team
Manage front office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail and email,
communicating with patients and insurance companies
Utilize Eagle Soft for patient scheduling, confirming appointments, and records
File patient’s insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims, verification of
benefits and explanation of coverage
Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivables
Review treatment plan fee and payment options with patients
Partner with the doctor, office manager, and team to implement systems to optimize office potential

Pay: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour
