Are you an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional with accounting / bookkeeping experience? We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator for on-site work in our Park Avenue South office. The ideal candidate can manage the firm’s accounts payable and receivable, has excellent communication skills, and is adept at multi-tasking, in addition to other traditional office administrative skills.
Requirements :
2+ years experience handling accounts receivable and payable
Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in a law firm
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
Responsibilities :
Managing spreadsheets and databases with accuracy and efficiency
Assisting with calendaring, scheduling, file management, and other administrative tasks
Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Providing support to our legal team and clients
