Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data. Duties: – Enter data from various sources into our database systems – Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy – Maintain and update records as needed – Assist with data collection and analysis – Generate reports and summaries based on collected data – Conduct regular quality checks to identify and resolve any data discrepancies – File and organize documents as necessary Requirements: – Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other administrative software – Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy – Familiarity with order entry processes is a plus – Ability to work independently and meet deadlines – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills – Experience with pivot tables is preferred but not required – Previous experience in data entry or related field is a plus At our company, we value accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
