We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to our administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk.
Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Maintain organized office records, including filing documents and managing correspondence.
Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and data entry.
Perform duties as a personal assistant when required, supporting executives with various tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer support role or as a medical/dental receptionist is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is advantageous.
